Reunite is our founding program that reunites runaway youth with their families across Canada. If home is not an option, we work with the youth and existing agencies in that city to find an alternative solution. In order to be eligible, a youth must be between 16-19 years of age and must have run away from home. We will not travel any youth with pending legal issues. After a successful reunite is made, we will conduct a one-month follow up with the family and offer any assistance needed at that time.
We are a recognized organization of the “Our Missing Children” program, Revenue Canada’s International Project Return, Children and Immigration Canada, and the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade.

National Affiliate Program
National Affiliate Program is a unique opportunity to partner with agencies from across Canada and become recognized as an Operation Come Home Affiliate. This recognition permits the selected agencies to reunite youth from their agency in person back to their families, under the direction and supervision of Operation Come Home staff. This program allows runaway youth to use the Operation Come Home reunite program while also having face to face interaction with the person working with them.
We currently have 5 affiliate offices in Winnipeg, Moncton, Victoria, St. John’s and Montreal. The reunite program is always seeking new affiliates with the hope of having an office in every province in the near future. Any agencies wishing to be an affiliate, please contact 613-230-4663.
