“Having more responsibilities than other youth may face at this time in their life, I had to find the strength and motivation to commit myself. Operation Come Home, and specifically the Rogers Achievement Centre, has helped me make this possible by providing resources, flexible school hours and amazing supportive staff.
I have been able to take part in learning opportunities such as getting my First Aid and CPR, and joined programs such as Finance Matters and Self Matters, which helped me gain confidence in myself. I have completed co-operative education placement to help further my decision in a future career.”
