This program reunites runaway youth looking to return home to their parents and/or guardians to regain long term support and stability.

Reunite Program Eligibility

• Aged 16 - 25

• Left home and looking to return back to parent and/or guardian

• No pending legal issues or CAS involvement where they currently are

• Due to health and safety concerns, there may be additional eligibility criteria for people who are pregnant

After a successful reunite is made, we will assist the reunited youth and their families in being connected with the appropriate services in their area for ongoing support. We will also conduct a one-month follow to offer any additional support that may be needed.
