JobsWorks is a collaborative employment program that aims to address and remove barriers for individuals who self-identify as having a disability. It is a 16 week program that is divided into two sections:
On-site Collaborative Workshops (4 weeks)
Small groups of participants will partake in job searching, trainings, certifications and seminars in a group environment.
Job Placement (12 weeks)
Following the acquisition of an employment offer, staff offer 12 weeks of follow along support that is extended to both the participant and their employer.
