Operation Come Home’s Street Outreach Team provides front-line, street level outreach and crisis intervention. The Street Outreach program is made up of a team of two or three members who go out on the streets five afternoons per week to connect and develop trusting relationships with street involved youth. Our team offers personal supplies such as clothing, hygiene items, water and food to the young people that they encounter. The team also provides one-on-one support regarding housing related issues and housing loss prevention, as well as helping youth that are living on the street find emergency housing and/or obtain permanent housing.  The Street Outreach program is a vital resource for making youth aware of Operation Come Home’s services.
